It's $969,400 - but remember this isn't the "subject" house, just the closest sold house on the appraiser's web site.
What is interesting is the way the road kind of ends in a cul-de-sac and then continues to where the "subject" house is located. Guess that would allow for a gate? (Isn't there another area over by Spanish Springs that only accepts certain gate cards?)
