OK, since we don't really know what we are talking about, lets speculate.
The Miona Lakes golf course is beautiful...but only from real far away. Underneath those gorgeous oaks is a very poor course design, not well maintained, which can't be altered enough to make it a good course because of the homes which almost entirely surround it. I suppose someone could turn the course into building lots but I can't see new homes being a desired blend with the existing hodgepodge of structures. And if someone were crazy enough to try it. I can't see them being crazy enough to cut down the trees.
So, my wild guess is that when you look out your Pennecamp windows in 2110, your view will be the same as it is today.
