Went to dinner at the Plantation Tea Room last friday night, and the dinner(s) served were a mixed result. As far as main dinner entrees, The Crab cakes were very good, but the roast beef was tough and the crusted baked salmon was so so at best. When the tough Roast beef was brought to the managers attention, they did very graciously offer any other fare on the menu as a replacement but since the other diners were already eating, she (the diner) said no. The Manager, after further consulting with the chef, then agreed and refunded the cost of the order. All were pleased with the outcome! Others at our table had "English" fare which is a staple at this resturant.

The Bright spot about Friday night was the Entertainment. "PETRINA" was just outstanding and she is not only a singer but truly an entertainer. When it came time for a break, she had 2 other singers that offered a different type of music and it was a pleasent treat.

Another good feature about this resturant is that you were never rushed out and once you finished dinner you could stay and simply enjoy conversation or listen to the entertainment.
