Moving to TV in 2011 and wanting to build new
Can I get some opinions on how to get more privacy? Villa or designer? Well, designer beyond the obvious of having to pay $100M to as high as $160M for a super premium lot. We're willing to spend extra, but not in that range. Any ideas? And again, I'd like to say how very helpful all of the posts are in so many aspects. Can't wait to meet some of the great people that live there! Thanks so much!
To add to my question: Is it easy to hear another's conversations if they are on their lanai in the villa setting?
Thanks for reminding me that we cannot build our villa, if that's our final choice. We have to take what is out there with no interior choices, correct?
