I can't answer if Tricare Standard is your primary health care insurance. If Tricare is secondary (as in Tricare For Life [TFL] secondary to Medicare - which is what I have) then no problem - good anywhere Medicare is accepted. In fact, don't even tell them you have TFL as long as Medicare knows and bills the co-pay or deductible to TFL automatically.
