On the EV front: Would love to have the technology in a Tesla but we currently take too many long trips. We want to get there without adding an hour of stops for recharging and there are still routes that don't appear to be feasible in a vehicle with a 300 mile range. Hopefully someday.

Our ev has only about 250 miles of range but less on the highway and it's still one hell of a road trip machine. We are usually in and out of the charging station faster than people filling up their cars. Then the car does almost all of the driving by itself. It's unreal, it completely changes road trips.
