Use Navy Federal credit union reality plus program. We just sold up north with them and got .6% commission back. No one would negotiate their half of the MLS commission with us. So we got an effective 2.4% on the selling half and set 2.5% on the buying side. And we got first class service with a well qualified local MLS agent.
