As VillageTinker said, you probably don't need a survey or Surveyor to figure out how much space you have or to decide what will fit.

If you get it all approve and you're a very tight lot, I would have a Registered PSM do the construction layout, not the pool contractor. It's not fun to build a pool and find out the layout was botched and you're too close to a setback line.
