Have you parked at the garage? It’s not ever empty, if city employees would park in the structure then frogger across 301, either deserve hazard pay, or million $ life insurance. Only time crossing 301 would be safe for employees or public is if they built a bridge.
Bar/restaurant being built will keep structure very busy. We see fair amount of TV people shopping and eating in the few establishments now.
