Oofta! The pipeline that will be expanded in the Villages is due to the increase in population in the southern area. Maybe if you read the entire thread before posting, you would understand. If Sabal digs up the dirt and places another pipeline, is it not NEW? If they place a new pipeline in the Southern area and not the entire Villages, is it not FOR THE POPULATION IN THE SOUTHERN AREA?
Hence, there is no error in this statement: The NEW pipeline is needed due to the increase in the SOUTHERN area including Middleton.This thread is about the addition of a pipeline IN THE VILLAGES. It is not about the entire pipeline.
