Any device that is electronic (at least anything produced this century
) sets itself based on either the Atomic clock or based on a setting secured through internet connection. For example - my Blackberry, cable boxes, weather station, computers, etc. all changed by themselves this morning. None of them have a built in date to make the change.
Give me the extra hour at night as soon as you want government. I'll take it!
