A couple of higher end restaurants made a try of it in Spanish Springs. Both went under not long after opening. The folks in TV dine out five plus evenings a week. They cannot afford $50.00 to $100.00 bills every night. We would rather have a middle of the road restaurants so we can conserve our home electric bill !!!!!
