Thank you all for your honesty. Some of the points made here I haven't even thought about when forecasting my life in TV. I would have never thought car insurance would be more expensive in FL vs NY. Home insurance, yes - but not car insurance. Another eye opener was medical insurance. And, other.... $14.00/hr is making a good living? Holy Cannoli !!! -I'm thinking maybe I should stay put, buy in TV then rent it out for a while.
