Health care is a commodity...like food, electricity, phone service, a house...
Health care is not a right.
As politically "incorrect" as that may seem I learned a lot listening to Judge Napalotano (?sp) on Fox radio explain how the law, constitution,theologins and ethicists define "rights".

We, as a people, need to decide how we provide certain commodities (heat, food, shelter, healthcare, etc) to those that for a multitude of reasons (and therein lies the rub)cannot/will not provide for themselves.
