It would be more accurate to mention all the other factors - slowly recovering economies around the world, increased demand (since the 'economic crash' in 2008), going to summer formulations in this country, and the price going from $31/bbl (Feb 2009) to $75-$80/bbl now. remember the June and July 2008 average was over $125/bbl (source: http://www.ioga.com/Special/crudeoil_Hist.htm)

I realize that you are an apologist for this President....but do you recall when one of the most popular bumper stickers read "When Bush took office, gas was $1.46" ? I wish I had a dime for everyone of those sold.

Seems that being "accurate" and mentioning any other factors AT ATHAT TIME was not the cool thing to do, but with this guy....you folks just apologize for everything that happens, blame Bush, ignore the lies and move on !

I have no idea on why gas is what it is.....not smart enough....I am smart enough to know that someday, folks will catch up with this guy in the WH and that covering his tracks by ignoring lies and constantly blaming Bush isnt going to cut it for much longer !

Why doesnt he have a real press conference ?
