Regulations state that the prescription has to be writen by a certified USA doctor. Best way is to phone a few doc's and ask what they charge to have the prescription re-written in the .U.S.A. That way you will have a contact. Or you can have the prescription filled in Canada and have a family member pick it up and have it mailed to you. But great risks are involved.
We simply had a U.S. re-write the prescription.
