We just had Massey come out today for our termite inspection. Our annual fee is $120.00 for a 3 BR villa. I don't know the details of our contract (hubby's task). The inspection was quick -- 20 minutes or so -- so it seems like $120.00 was plenty.
But then, what do I know??????
