Lake Sumter Landing was put in long before most of the
development of the area surrounding it. So I would expect the new town center to be completed sometime after homes begin to be built and long before the area south of the beginning is close to being done.
It is a key marketing element and will be available as soon as the economics and construction will allow.
TV is more a build it and they will come developer VS the usual....after you come some day we will build it developer.
