Default Balancing a budget or check book is so very simple......
you don't spend or pay out more than you take in.
A very simple rule all our high paid representatives () in Washington have demonstrated they either do not understand or just choose to ignore.

So very simple.....like losing weight is simple, but most don't do it either. Both are voluntary actions.
