This was my first Easter in TV. I had no idea it would be so difficult to find an Italian bakery to purchase our traditional Italian Easter wheat pie. I assumed Publix would have the wheat pie but unfortunately, they don't.

I looked in the online yellow pages and the phone book for Italian bakeries and to my utter surprise....there are none. What???? No Italian bakeries closer than Orlando??? I don't believe it.

I didn't try any of the other grocery store bakeries for the wheat pie but maybe I should have. I looked online at several recipes for the wheat pie and shuttered at how time consuming it is to make the pie. Yikes!!!

Anyone know where I could have purchased the wheat pie?
