We recently had Audio Video Authority install surround sound in our living room as well as speakers throughout our home, inside and out. Jay Michaud, the owner/installer, was recommended to us by interior decorator Ruth Dyer whom writes a weekly column in the Daily Sun.

Jay provides all kinds of services including, but not limited to, things as simple as mounting flat screen televisions on walls to designing and installing home entertainment systems.

Part of our project included setting up a universal remote. So now instead of having five or six remotes we only have one. Also, one highly important aspect to us when choosing who to go with on this project was customer service. Jay is available 24/7 via telephone. He even put a permanent message in our universal remote that says "For help call Jay (352)516-7900." We tested his service out on a Sunday evening when we couldn't figure things out on our own. Our call was returned in a timely fashion and Jay was able to talk my husband through the issue in a few minutes.
