Let me see...you can't afford it today.....and most likely will not be able to afford it later either....so the government will fine the people who "allegedly" do not have the money in the first place.....

I think your thinking is right on. The people who support "free" care get to feel real good inside and the recipients of "free" health care have no idea who is paying for it. These two factors put Obama in the WH.
These two factors will also get rid of the politicians who voted for this boon-doogle in November.
