I've found Fredericks Appliances to be both reliable and knowledgeable. So far, I've used them for two dishwashers, one fridge, one water heater and one garbage disposal. For each appointment, they showed up on time, fixed the problem promptly and were pretty fair in their prices. (Sorry, I don't have their number handy.)
They don't charge extra for coming after-hours or weekends (another plus when it's an emergency situation).
