Default Where are the weeds police???
Driving on Odell Circle between Hemmingway to Duval, there are a couple of back yards which face Odell Circle that are loaded with weeds. One home in particular, has weeds at least a foot tall and the property is an eyesore.

I thought TV was supposed to be pristine and I'm a bit disappointed. Can TV intervene and make sure property visible to the street is maintained properly? Does one have to make a formal complaint before anything will be done about this?
