I had to leave our house last Oct. and had a yard service that didn't take care of weeds. I didn't know the yard workers had let the place go so bad until one of my neighbors e-mailed me and a few days later I got an e-mail from CW complete with a picture. This was in the back yard and we have a corner lot so CW does watch everything, I think.
I took care of the problem and hired a new yard guy. No problem now but I am back now so I can handle the weeding issues.

Glad to know CW will eventually address the issue. I'm a snowbird and have hired a company to take care of pests, termites, fertilize the lawn and spray for weeds. My lawn looks gorgeous and I don't have to worry about it when I'm gone for nine months. I just assumed when we bought here in TV that everyone is responsible for taking care of their lawn to make the overall look of this community pristine.
