A lawn loaded with weeds that are a foot tall certainly draws negative attention. One of the strong points for choosing The Villages is the neighborhood appeal. When one starts making excuses for situations out of compliance the flood gates can open. We all have should have empathy though, and in my neighborhood a homeowner in need would be assisted. A blatantly negligent homeowner would be reported.
BTW, to assail coffeebean because of a legitimate concern that was brought to our attention makes no sense.
