Default Spring has sprung...

here in Michigan, but when we move to TV in an year and a half, what can we expect? Will I see trees in blossom? When? I know I will need to give up on tulips unless I put them in the fridge for a month or 2, (the deer up here get more than I ever see, anyway!) but what other changes can I expect? I've always wanted a Magnolia tree or another similar tree, will I be able to have one now, or will it be too warm?

I love flower gardening and plan to do it nearly year round down there but what do I grow?

I have a birthday coming in the summer and am going to ask for a native plants of Florida book. Any suggestions for landscaping?

We have a lot in Buttonwood and will be down in July to pick out finishes , etc - are there different landscaping packages or do we get what we get??

So many questions!

You guys are great - any help will be filed away for future reference!
