Passed by that yard today and we were amazed at the condition. It has been neglected for a very long time. Looks like a vacant lot in the south Bronx. We only say the back of the house. The front lawn must be a mess also. I agree with Chi-Town, why has the situation been allowed to escalate to this degree?
Hopefully if someone is in crisis the neighbors would know since they can't be happy with the situation as it stands.
