Default Major differences between Cottage Homes & Designer homes?
Other than price, what are the major differences between a cottage home and a designer home? For example, the Sun Kissed (cottage home) and the Bougainvillea (designer) have the same floorplan. The only differences I can see are that the designer home has rocker electrical switches, molding on the cabinets and (maybe??) upgraded appliances? Or am I overlooking something else? Seems like a big price difference for these few things.
