cashman, from my own research, Nancy Pelosi had a provision in the original bill that passed that would give jail time. Period. Those are the prior posters previous clips about Fox reporting on Pelosi' jail time in the bill.

There was so much uproar over this, the Senate revised the bill to impose sharper fines. I've tried, note the word tried, to read through the penalty parts of the bill meself. Unless you go back and reference a zillion other Social Security laws, IRS laws and such, I don't know what it says.

Remember Nancy said we had to pass it to find out what was in it? Well it passed and I'm not sure anyone still knows what's in it. I hear the Progressives talking about how disappointed they are it didn't go far enough.

I did find this fair and unedited clip of an ABC reporter talking to Obama about it. It's about half way down the page that pops up. Maybe some of the other experts who reputed the claims can tell us what the bill does say about penaties, or about anything in general.
