From now until June, it's mating season for the gators. They're on the move and could show up in the most unexpected places, as evidenced by the rather large one that was at the front door of a house in DeBary.
While many of us have never lived with the large reptiles, and enjoy getting the opportunity to see them, please be careful....yourself, with your pets.
