My thoughts are that the used home sales person set you up to buy used. You were told what you were told to keep you from purchasing a new home that this person can't sell you since The Villages pays no commission to outside realtors on new homes. So with what you were told it keeps you thinking used which is all that person can sell you. Just a thought.
