To be clear, I am NOT a realtor, and I agree that the Villages, with the design and control executed by the developers, would likely discourage any crime potential. Just thought I would bring up the statement for discussion, as I was well aware of the bias of the non-villages realtor. I would not be afraid to buy in the area, although when I buy I will likely buy something in the area north of Lake Sumpter Landing because I prefer a resale with a low or no bond, and will not use the realtor in question, for several reasons.
