Redwitch, you're absolutely correct. The rep is what makes a customer satisfied or not. In this one instance, the service was above and beyond.
I don't know if I like Massey's service or not, in total. I'm a rookie at this stuff. We just closed in March and were only in TV for a week following the closing. I talked with my neighbors and most of them use Massey and were pleased. That's why we chose them. If I'm not happy, out they go after a year.
I know for sure that there is no company that everyone likes. We're just keeping our fingers crossed about the choices we made.
