Having a termite protection plan in place for 15 years prior to selling our house litterally saved our closing when we were selling the property up north...and it saved me $$ when they were found during a pre inspection of the house.
Thanks for the great info. Hubby decided he didn't want to start out living in TV with a problem, so we have decided not to chance it.
