Me & the wife have rode through the St. Charles area several times on our golf car and it is as nice as all the rest of TV.

Yes, the TV Realestate Market is not like the rest of the country. I have been told it is getting close to what is was several years ago where you had only 3 hours to make a choice.
I know first hand, as we are looking for a CYV for my parents. The style they want right now is very popular. One came open and sold in 10 minutes.
