St. Charles really is a nice development. About the only two negatives are that (1) it is far from almost anything (gas, stores, etc.) but that's just a minor hindrance and (2) the loops there are even loopier than other parts of TV and that's good for a chuckle or two more than anything else.
One of the nicer things about TV is that there really isn't a "wrong" place to buy. If you like old growth, you buy north of 466 or on the Historic side. If you want a brand new home, you buy in the newer developments close to 466A or off of St. Charles. If you're looking for a bargain, you just shop until you find the right place at the right price for you.
