Sweetbay has announced that they will be building next to the new County building, that is presently being built, along 466A on the western edge of TV. From St. Charles that will probably be a seven minute golf cart ride. I believe they are talking about a 2012 opening.
Also, be careful about the sales activity numbers the sales reps give you. That number usually includes both new and resale homes and they sometimes forget to break it out. Could help you better understand the market for new or resale.
