Thanks 'Z' , have looked at those too and were very helpful. Lot of things covered. Been browsing around in TOTV for about a month or two and have learned a lot and am eager to get inside 'the bubble' and let the rest of the world take care of itself. I know, we can't do that but, seems calmer there. Just that the specific things that have to be taken care of long-distance can be a little daunting. Used to being on-site to handle that sort of stuff.
