We just moved from a Ranch home (now called Cottages) last November, to a Gardenia Designer home and I totally concur with lj410 who posted here. Lots of upgrades and you can get Block and Stucco and you get a lot more room...usually...although the guest room and den in our new Designer are both smaller than in our former Amarillo (now called Sun Kissed). However...we still LOVE our new home. Also, the landscaping is upgraded.
