Whether we had a brick and mortar or not, delivery would still be by subcontract to the mailboxes. If you're hoping for home delivery, that will probably never happen.

The Marion county of TV consists of 1500 homes. Why would we need our own zip code?
I think that 32162 was to be used for The Villages. It was started just about the time I got here in 2001. 99% of the sites I went to that wanted a zip code did not even recognize it at that time.
If you go to
http://www.zipinfo.com/search/zipcode.htm and enter The Villages. Fl, you will find that there are now three zip codes, 32159, 32162, and 32163. 32162 and 32163 have different latitudes and longitudes.
Another problem we have in Marion county is that we are in congressional district 6 and have Stearns for a rep. When I try to send a letter to him, I am told I am in the wrong district. When I sent it to Ginny whats her name she told me I was in the wrong district.
