The residents who are near Sumter Landing and Havana Country Club CHOSE to live there, knowing full well that those locations are entertainment venues. This scenario is similar to those who choose to buy property here and then want to change the restrictions! If you do your homework in advance of your purchase, then you know the pros and cons of buying in a particular location. If you don't do your homework, then shame on you.
I think it would be delightful to be able to sit on my lanai and hear the quality entertainment that is offered. Folks who bought near the squares or country clubs and are now surprised that there is evening entertainment, should either move further away, or join the party.
