My wife uses me for her attic storage and retrieval system.

I don't think there is enough room in the attic for the lift, etc. That looks to be at least 3 feet tall and with the gears you need at least 4-5 feet to get the swivel room. With the rafters, etc I doubt if you have 4 feet up there. The site needs more specifications before we can assist you.

We find that attic stairs and a plywood flooring is sufficient.
