Default making an offer on resale
Good advice... we are able to look up and see what they paid for their home thanks to this site.... the one we are looking at now is in Marion Cty... easy to see when they closed etc....we hope to go back next month for our 3 rd look and be able to put an offer on one.... we are ready.... love this site... your all so helpful.....
