But on the serious side I want to offer a special THANK YOU to you for overseeing this site. Every night I sit here reading all the new posts and jotting down notes that will help me when we close on our new home. The information that is provided by fellow residents is priceless. And I also get some chuckles from other posts. As I'm typing this saliva is dripping on my chin thinking of the review of TooJays and the chocolate cake. And I don't even like chocolate
