Sorry Jeff, not Rum sauce. It is 'Run Down sauce' !!
Love apple ketchup is just a spicy kind of tomato ketchup, but very tasty. You should be able to buy these things in any good Caribbean food shop. I think you may also get them in a good supermarket.
