The only structural modification I made to my Gardenia when I had it built about 5-1/2 years ago was to add a third window to the masterbedroom. In that room, the additional window was as far from the corner as was the one already in the plan.
Not a h*** of a lot of money to do this, and I love the extra light, especially as this added windoww faces east, so it's morning light.
Just a thought!
