We never did get a phone call back........same story when my neighbors called.................
So I decided to go to talk with them in person. I explained that we have been getting overlooked and was concerned that they were being charged for the service when none was being provided.
They did say they would contact the company that takes care of our area and the supervisor came to our Villas to check it out for themselves.
Now we are in a waiting game to see if they will take care of the problem.
