It is truly disgusting to me that clean, otherwise rational people, would refuse to pick up after their dogs. I sure don't understand it; and I resent that behaviour.
It gives all dog owners a bad name. On a more positive note, the majority of dog owners are rational, loving people and do pick up after their dogs.

I don't take my dogs to the square but I applaud those who do. Provided, of course, that the dogs are well socialized. I think the dogs provide a lot of people with a positive experience.
