Thank you all for your lovely well-wishes! Our new home is actually in Buttonwood but we are right on the edge of Pennecamp. It's Fringe Tree Trail but, yes, we back up to St. Charles Place. The house is an Allamanda and we were surprised to find out that, in that model, they don't do block and stucco. It's the only designer with poured concrete walls! We wanted to add two feet to the bedroom and that's when our realtor told us it's poured concrete and they don't allow bump-outs. Only change would be with golf cart garage or without. We kid each other and say we're going to hang a sign that says "Bunker, Sweet Bunker"!
